I have to write a myth about how something was created. I would really like to do it on fireflies. There has to be at least one god or goddess in the story. It can be evil or good, doesn’t matter. Does anyone have any ideas to help me develop the story?

I have to write a myth about nature but I’m not sure how to go about it. in the story there needs to be at least one god or goddess. My ideas are to write about how and why fireflies were created or how and why rainbows were created.
