Roman religion “stole” some ideas from the Etruscans and the Greeks. The Romans also “stole” the Egyptian goddess, Isis as well as the Persian god, Mithra. Does that make the pagan Romans bad people?
Mathematician, from one perspective, that is true. On the other hand, I have talked with Jews who feel that Christianity is really just a pagan Roman plot to steal Judaism.

I need to dress up as her and perform a skit in front of my social studies class. My s.s teacher says Hestia has an interesting story, but what is the story? Also, what are some symbols Hestia is depicted with? Also, why do the greeks need a goddess of hearth?
